How to Order



  • Credit Cards...

    • Please note that your Credit Card details, if entered at any stage, are not held on our system for longer than is necessary to complete your Quotation or Order.

    • The only time you will be asked to enter your Credit Card details is at the very end of the Quotation/Order process.

    • At this stage, you will be able to enter details of any Credit Card supported by John Gordon - Jaguar Spares Specialists.

    • However, if you do not wish to enter your Credit Card details at all, you may select "Contact" as the card Type, and leave the remaining details blank.

    • If this option is selected, and when the confirmation email is received at John Gordon - Jaguar Spares Specialists, we will contact you to check your quotation and obtain your Credit Card details if necessary.


  • The Special Offers Catalogue...

    • The Special Offers Catalogue is an up-to-date list of all products available on Special Offer. It is divided into 30, or more, categories and accessed via a Category list. Each Category contains a list of the parts within that Category. For each part, the following information will be shown...

      • Part Number. A unique number allocated to every part.

      • Name. The actual name of the Part.

      • Description. A general description of the Part.

      • Unit of Issue. How the part is packaged or sold.

      • Unit Price. The retail price per unit.

      • Surcharge. How much you will be charged until you send back your old unit.

      • Total Price. The Total Price of each Part, including any Surcharge, but NOT including Shipping Charges.


      The method of selecting the products and submitting your Quotation/Order Request to our offices is as follows...

      • Click on Catalogue on the Main Menu.

      • Select a Category from the displayed list, by clicking on the Category Name.

      • Select a Part from the displayed list, by clicking on the Part Name.

      • Full details of the selected part, including a photograph if available, are shown. Click on the "Add item to cart" button to proceed.

      • Select the quantity from the drop-down list. Click on the "Add item to cart" button to proceed.

      • The part(s) are now in your Shopping Cart. You now have the option to continue shopping or go to the Checkout.

      • Registration/Login page. If you have previously registered, simply enter your Email Address and Password to proceed.

      • Delivery Information page. Here you have the option to have any ordered parts delivered to yourself, by leaving all fields blank, or to have them delivered to a nominated person/address. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

      • Order/Quotation Review page.

        • Displays the contents of your Shopping Cart, with the ability to delete items.

        • Displays the invoicing and delivery information.

        • Requests Payment information. (See Credit Cards above)

      • Order/Quotation Processing page. Displays your Order Tracking Number and your Customer Number. Click on the "Continue" button to send the Confirmation emails.
