| How to Order |
Due to the huge variation in the gross weight
of any Parts or Accessories ordered by a customer, the costs incurred in packaging many of the
larger items, and the variation in Dispatch Charges from the UK to the country of destination, it
is not generally possible for customers to actually order and pay for their selection directly from these pages.
Make your selections from the Special Offers Catalogue.

Your selections will then be transmitted to our offices in Accrington
as a Quotation Request, in the form of an E-mail message.
Upon receipt, your Quotation Request will be converted into a standard
Quotation.
The Total Cost shown on the Quotation will include a charge for Postage and
Packaging, using the most efficient method of dispatch.
The Total Cost will also include any specialised packaging required.
The Quotation will be promptly returned to you, showing these additional
charges (if any).
If you have entered your Telephone Number, we will then telephone you
to confirm the order.
If you are a New Customer, or if your personal details held on our
Customer Database are out-of-date, we will telephone to confirm the order and to add or amend
your personal details.
If everything is satisfactory, we will the dispatch your order.
Therefore, the procedure for obtaining your selected items will be as follows...
When using this system for the first time, you
will be required to register. Your Email Address and Password, as entered in the Registration page, will
subsequently form your Login/Password sequence.
If you are a New Customer, we will contact you
by telephone to setup a new account.
You may Register with us at any time by
completing the relevant details on the Registration Form.
During the Registration process, you will not
be asked to enter your Credit Card details. (See below)
Please note that your Credit Card details, if
entered at any stage, are not held on our system for longer than is necessary to complete your Quotation or Order.
The only time you will be asked to enter your
Credit Card details is at the very end of the Quotation/Order process.
At this stage, you will be able to enter details
of any Credit Card supported by John Gordon - Jaguar Spares Specialists.
However, if you do not wish to enter your Credit
Card details at all, you may select "Contact" as the card Type, and leave the remaining details blank.
If this option is selected, and when the confirmation
email is received at John Gordon - Jaguar Spares Specialists, we will contact you to check your quotation and
obtain your Credit Card details if necessary.
The Special Offers Catalogue is an up-to-date
list of all products available on Special Offer. It is divided into 30, or more, categories and accessed via a
Category list. Each Category contains a list of the parts within that Category. For each part, the
following information will be shown...
Part Number. A unique number allocated to every part.
Name. The actual name of the Part.
Description. A general description of the Part.
Unit of Issue. How the part is packaged or sold.
Unit Price. The retail price per unit.
Surcharge. How much you will be charged until you send back your old unit.
Total Price. The Total Price of each Part, including any Surcharge, but NOT
including Shipping Charges.
Click on Catalogue on the Main Menu.
Select a Category from the displayed list, by clicking on the Category Name.
Select a Part from the displayed list, by clicking on the Part Name.
Full details of the selected part, including a photograph if available, are shown.
Click on the "Add item to cart" button to proceed.
Select the quantity from the drop-down list. Click on the "Add item to cart" button to proceed.
The part(s) are now in your Shopping Cart. You now have the option to continue
shopping or go to the Checkout.
Registration/Login page. If you have previously registered, simply enter
your Email Address and Password to proceed.
Delivery Information page. Here you have the option to have any ordered
parts delivered to yourself, by leaving all fields blank, or to have them delivered
to a nominated person/address. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
Order/Quotation Review page.
Displays the contents of your Shopping Cart, with the ability to delete items.
Displays the invoicing and delivery information.
Requests Payment information.

Order/Quotation Processing page. Displays your Order Tracking Number and
your Customer Number. Click on the "Continue" button to send the Confirmation emails.
